Some people feel like they don't deserve love. They walk away quietly into empty spaces, trying to close the gaps of the past

Finally got a chance to watch into the wild after the previous downloaded file was corrupted.

Good ... good movie ... very good movie ... it's been a while ...

the movie is very deep .. very philosophical as viewed by chris mcandless AKA alex supertramp ...

most of the quotes are from books he read ...and also . .from those books that he got inspired to sort of ....finding freedom .. and liberate from the so called society and materialism ... and in search of this new paradigm ... he thought going into the wild (alaska) will provide him with the answers .....

and i thought its all about travel and adventure ...

i'm gonna spoil the ending ....

in the end .. ..written into book "Happiness only real when shared"
and that's kind of true ... and i totally approve that opinion of his ...

too bad for him as he realized this new truth prior to his death ...

the reason to live is subjective ... and the feeling of being caged, imprisoned felt by chris is felt by most people eventhough they are usually in different form ..

it's how you act upon it that matters ...

i don't think to feel free and liberated ....you got to give up all the things you have and break all the relationship you have ... and just go to alaska ...and do whatever YOU WANT TO DO ...

that's selfish ..

he completely abandoned his family .. ... but they still love him nonetheless ...that's realistic i think ...

as for alex ...

"You don't need human relationships to be happy, God has placed it all around us. "

i totally disagree ... even if you're a man of faith ... life is about relationship .. and your interaction .....based on principles .... it's simple enough ...

"The core of mans' spirit comes from new experiences. "

this one i relate the most ...

my guess is .... if you love one thing .. you don't have to do it again & again and give up on all the new things that is out there waiting to be done & experienced...

conclusion : relationship & experience = happiness (shared)
