fast as in ramadhan not as in speed ..

It's fasting month and it's a great time to rest, recover, relax and reflect ... All training are reduced to strenghtening the core ...

Nusajaya is confirmed and registration for powerman was done (early bird)... looking at the distance and judging by last year's performance, afternoon session is required. Am fortunate to be working at Putrajaya as there are lots of routes to run,bike .. less car and dogs as well...

can imagine after ramadhan ..the car will turn into transition area ...

another thing is the swim . . feeling like the swim is getting stagnant at the moment .. not going anywhere .. endurance has picked up but still feeling un efficient..

nutrition also is something that can greatly impact race day performance... will also work on that area as well ...

recent addition to improve the swim ... bought the FINIS agility paddle online and can't wait to try them on after ramadhan ..

there are other things beside triathlon and races that has the mind busy ... this month ideal to attend to those thoughts and hopefully stretch them throughout the year ...
